Aligned: Your stakeholders are in agreement regarding your plan outcomes, proposed development actions, and the support roles that they will be asked to play to make your plan a success.
Based on feedback: You have identified others within your organisation who are in the best position to provide you with developmental feedback and the types of feedback that you need to obtain from them. You continually revise your plans based on available feedback.
